Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to your nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt for verification until your refund is processed.
